JOJO ZINE #1 RUSIA!

Rompiendo hasta barreras idiomaticas, quien dijo que no podemos recibir zines en otros idiomas, aunke nos sea un poco dificultoso de leer el idioma, les presento a JOJO zine (se lee algo asi como yow yow) (jaw jaw en ingles) Desde Irkutsk, RUSSIA!!!Recibi de Nastya, la editora, intercambiando algunas ideas por myspace, ella y otros chikos de la escena hardcore local consiguieron lanzarlo.En general podemos decir que se trata de un zine Hardcore sxe por los articulos y entrevistas...que me imagine que fuese por los diseños que tenia, y lo confirme luego cuando me asegurara de que se trataban...Desde la primera pagina nos podemos dar cuenta de lo prolijo que el zine es, sin embargo con toda la prolijidad cuidando decada detalle y aspecto no deja de ser un zine D.I.Y. De eso se trata todo esto, de que nosotros mismos tambien lo podemos hacer, y es bueno ver como cada uno hace volar su imaginacion.Fue hecho en el verano del 2007, osea para el sur occidente donde nos encontramos ahora seria el invierno del 2007 :). Contiene entrevistas con una banda Vegan Straight Edge Rap que se llama JIHAB y un sello/distro Veg Sxe que se llama HARD TIMES. Tambien contiene otra entrevista a la banda LOA-LOA (power violence desde rusia tb) asi como otras columnas, articulos sobre canibalismo y food not bombs, reseñas de zines sxe russos y vinilos viejos que fueron populares en la union sovietica (interesante, me gustaria poder entenderlo). Te digo que hasta ahora me atrajo bastante la forma como jugaba con los diseños y palabras... muy originales, y me quedo muy curiosa sobre la escena Russa y las personas que los forman parte... Asi como tambien me kedo curiosa con lo que dice adentro... alguien ahi me puede enseñar ruso? por favor!Agradesco a Nastya por haberme pasado el zine... ahora estoy esperando el proximo ;)

ENGLISH!Even breaking all language barriers, who said we cant receive zines in other languages. Thus being a little dificult trying to read this language, i present you 'JOJO ZINE' (i think is pronounce jaw jaw) from Irkutsk, Russia! Nastya, the editor sent it to me. I got in contact with her from myspace, other kids and her from the local hardcore scene managed to release this zine. In general, I can say that is a sxe hardcore zine, by the articles and interviews that it contains. Just by taking a look at the first page, you can tell how neat the zine is. Even though, with every single little detail, it does not stop being a DIY zine. This is what's all about, that even you can make this, and it's incredible seeing how much of an imagination someone has. It was made in the summer of 2007, and contains interviews with a vegan straight edge rap band call JIHAB and as well with a sxe vegan distro call HARD TIMES. It also has an interview with the band LOA-LOA (power violence from Russia), and having other columns about canibalism, food not bombs, russian sxe zine reviews, and old vinyls that were popular during the days of Soviet Union. I'll say it again, I'm amazed how well she played with the words and the images, very original, which gets me very curious about the Russian scene and the people are part of it. I wish I could understand the entire zine... can anyone teach me russian? Please! I would like to thank Nastya for sending me the zine, and now I'm waiting the other number of the zine ;)
